To me, Nancy McKinstry (CEO Wolters Kluwer), is a great example of strong, sustainable leadership; 22 years at the helm, successfully driving the digital transformation, increasing shareholder value 17-fold, and achieving gender parity at the top. She may have come across as reserved and businesslike, but her leadership was defined by brutal honesty and genuine respect for people. Hats off! Here’s to her successor being just as successful.
