They see technology as a way to amplify people.

They create a safe environment for experimentation.

And they don’t just manage implementation, they guide transformation.

They know when to let go.

Because AI doesn’t demand control, it requires trust.

Not a fixed plan, but a clear sense of direction.

And above all, space to explore.
