š &The Big Fish is looking for a Chief Product & Technology Officer for an international B2B services group š

An organization with a strong market position, a broad international (corporate) client base and clear ambitions for its next stage of growth. What started as an entrepreneurial, founder-led business has grown into an international group with several activities that increasingly need to work together. The market is changing: efficiency and quality of execution matter more than before, regulation is becoming more demanding and clients increasingly expect to work with their partners digitally.
That calls for a Chief Product & Technology Officer who connects ambition with delivery and makes sure the right things get finished.
The coming years are about building reliable foundations, giving commercial teams the data and tools they need, and developing new digital services for clients. Technology is a central pillar of the strategy, and the CPTO joins the Executive Board with the room to shape a technology leadership team that is still partly to be formed.
We are looking for a decisive and connecting leader who:
ā Understands how a commercial business makes money and sees how product, data and AI can improve pricing, decision-making and the client experience.
ā Has a track record of bringing large technology programs into stable, well-adopted use, including programs taken over midway.
ā Brings broad senior responsibility across technology, product, architecture and operations in an international or scaling business.
ā Knows when to build, buy or partner, and presents technology spend as a well-founded investment case.
ā Has experience working with boards and investors and has carried personal accountability for business-critical systems and cybersecurity.
ā Is a strong, calm leader of leaders who brings perspectives together, makes clear decisions and turns the technology agenda into a story people want to follow.
Experience in a regulated or data-intensive environment is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement. An affinity with a knowledge-intensive business operating in international markets matters more than sector background.
A great challenge for a leader who enjoys both building and finishing.
