A fast-growing circular packaging company is preparing to launch its reusable packaging system in the Netherlands and Belgium. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Country Director (NL & BE) who will take full ownership of the market entry and early growth in both countries. In this role, you will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, build strategic partnerships in the foodservice industry and scale a reusable packaging system across the region. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, securing key accounts, building the local ecosystem, and gradually shaping a high-impact team.The candidate should be driven by the desire to contribute to the client’s sustainability mission

This role is ideal for someone with commercial instincts and entrepreneurial drive, and experience in sales, business development, or market expansion, ideally within foodservice, hospitality, sustainability, or platform-driven businesses.
